Community Centre Assistant Supervisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

End date: Ongoing- long term, potential for future perm recruitment.

5 roles are currently available in Belfast, including part-time (19.5 hours per week/24 hours a week and 37 hours a week available). An enhanced access ni is required for this role that costs £33.

Summary of the role:

* To be responsible to the Community Centre Supervisor to ensure supervision of access to the centre, to respond to requests from the public, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and the good appearance of the building and its environs.

* To assist in ensuring the accurate and timely production of all necessary documentation reports and official returns.

* To act as a key holder.

Experience of the below is essential:

1. the operation of facilities, that is, health and safety procedures, cleaning and maintenance and associated administrative duties; and

2. dealing with members of the public.
