Experienced Kitchen Fitter (F / T or Sub Contractual Vacancies)

We are looking for a seasoned professional kitchen fitter, ideally the candidate will have experience in transformations & makeovers. The individual must have the capability to work efficiently and effectively on each job. 

The candidate must be obsessive regarding their finishing skills and operating standards. 

All aspects of kitchen fitting (not just looking for a carpenter) ranging from installing appliances, different types of worktops (granite/quartz, laminate, solid surface, Wharf and minerva) hanging doors and units, cornice, pelmet & plinth. Basic plumbing is also a necessity. 

The candidate must have a positive, can do attitude with a fantastic Manor to deliver great customer service levels. A person that will be consumed by the brand and become and advocate once placed in situ. 

There is also an opportunity for the right candidate to recruit an apprentice to support, coach & develop on to a good level with the role. 

Own tools and van a necessity, however for the right candidate there could be a vehicle option presented at some stage. 

40 hours a week (OT available on weekends but optional) 

Salary: £36,000 – £38,400+ performance related bonuses (full time) 

Negotiable job/day rate (sub contractual) 

4 weeks paid holiday +BH

Location: Swansea (predominantly), Neath, Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire
