Supply teaching is a fantastic way to boost your experience and also build up to getting your induction period singed off. We’re now recruiting for fresh, enthusiastic, Secondary trained NQTs to join our team of teachers servicing our schools in Bridgend.

With the prospect of working in up to 5 different schools per week, supply work is a brilliant way of building a lot of experience very quickly. It can also be a valuable foot in the door for a long term or permanent position. Teachers who make a good impression in schools through supply work are often requested by those schools to work the vacancies as and when they come available.
