Head of Security

As Head of Security you will drive the formulation and maintenance of the Security, Information Security and SHE policies and processes that protect the organisation’s property, personnel and information. You will develop security solutions that provide common security standards across the UK sites. Drive security education that increases internal and external understanding of security. Manage the activities of the UK security and HSE teams to support business activities and ensure continued compliance with national and international regulations and legislation.

• Extensive commercial security experience, able to manage teams, experience of influencing at high levels
• Able to carry out sensitive investigations and the ability to contribute at senior level to develop international policies
• Experience within with Nuclear or List X sites an advantage
