Acquisition and Planning Consultancy who specialise in the Mobile Telecoms sector are looking for a graduate level surveyor who is interested in breaking into the acquisition market and work out of their offices near Manchester.

To apply the successful Graduate Acquisition Surveyor will need the following

• Degree and/or Masters in a build environment ideally planning, property or estate management (RTPI or RICS)
• Ideally have covered a module in land management with perhaps some understanding of acquisition.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be keen to commence their APC training

Main duties for the Graduate Acquisition Surveyor will include

• To work with leading mobile network operators identifying land or buildings that can be acquired for phone or roof top masts.
• Network with existing developers and land owners identifying sites for upgrade.
• Actively assist in the negotiation of the lease including the planning application and interacting with local authorities.
• Attend team meetings and ensure project work is submitted to a constant high standard.
