Legal Cashier

Ambition are supporting a well-established law firm with their recruitment for a Legal Cashier. This is great opportunity to join an established team, within their London office on a permanent basis. The firm also offers hybrid working and a competitive salary.

The key duties will include;

• Dealing with all elements of unpaid invoices which includes accurate accounting reviews, checking invoices at ready for posting and preparing and posting payment runs
• Dealing promptly with any credit costs to avoid breaches of the SRA Accounts Rules
• Transferring money between matters and between client and office account
• Dealing with the matter related transactions on the Firm’s Credit Cards
• Other duties as required

Successful candidates will have similar experience ideally within a law firm. Experience of legal systems are highly advantageous, particularly Aderant.
