£25,000 – £30,000 + Benefits

Our client is an established and rapidly expanding Environmental Consultancy that delivers a range of high quality asbestos surveying, water hygiene and health and safety services across a variety of market sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £36,000and benefits which include a fully expensed company vehicle, mobile phone and tablet, attractive overtime rates and options, company pension, annual bonus scheme (10%) and more.
Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:
Communicating with a wide range of clients, contractors and members of the public in a professional manner
Completing various types of surveying in domestic and commercial properties
Ensuring all work carried out is in line with the UK asbestos legislation.
Carry out bulk sampling when required
Collecting and collate data accurately
Produce detailed survey reports within agreed timeframesThe successful candidate will have:
BOHS P402 qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in asbestos surveying
A full UK driving licence
Signed off to conduct Management and Refurbishment and Re-inspection surveys on domestic properties as a minimum
A flexible approach to working out of hours when required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
