Civil & Structural Engineer

Salary: £36 – £39.6 per hour

An exciting permanent opportunity for a Civil & Structural Engineer in Kent. My client is an Engineering Consultancy who are growing their Civil and Structural arm and are looking for an experienced Engineer to join them. There is a real opportunity to grow within this company and there will be a clear path to progress into a Lead / Management role.

Alongside a clear career path, the client works across a number of industries including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals, so there will be a wide exposure to different sectors to keep projects interesting. Given the nature of the work, this role will involve site and client visits during feasibility and construction periods so a willingness to travel is essential. 

In terms of requirements they are looking for someone with the following experience:

Degree qualified – Civil / Structural
Knowledge of Robot, AutoCAD 3D
Familiar with preparing tender packages
Industrial experience rather than private and commercial buildings
Team player, used to working with other disciplines i.e. Mechanical, Process, EC&I
Revit would be advantageous, but not essential
