Job Description:
– Contacting new/existing businesses to promote the company`s portfolio or training programmes
– Managing and prioritizing leads generated as the basis of a daily action plan
– Working in a lucrative and well defined territory
– Pro-actively meeting and exceeding targets
– Ensuring that internal and external customers consistently receive the highest levels of service
– Organizing and conducting meetings with key decision makers where appropriate
– Conducting thorough and accurate research in support of your daily call planning
– To prepare for and conduct outgoing telephone calls
– Following up and qualifying internally generated leads
– Competently managing an allocated territory to provide performance consistency and accuracy of forecasts
– Extensive networking of existing client base to drive retention and renewals of business

Person Specification:
– Must be educated to degree level or equivalent
– Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales targets, ideally in a telesales business to business environment
– Comprehensive PC and administration skills
– Excellent telephone manner
– Effective organisation and prioritisation skills

Additional Information:
– Basic Salary £30,000(£36K OTE)
– Based in Euston
