Salary: £34,790 per year
Our client, based in St. Asaph, is currently looking to recruit for the position of Senior HR Advisor. This is on a temporary, full time basis for 6months. This is an exciting and highly varied role. Our client is looking for an individual who can work on their own initiative and has experience of working in a similar position. The successful candidate will be reporting to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice and guidance on development of appropriate HR policies, procedures and best practise
Undertake and manage discipline, grievance, capability and other HR related functions
Previous experience of working within a similar HR role is essential
Preferably CIPD qualifiedThe ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a HR department. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Our client is looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual, preferably with an understanding of the Welsh language.
