Social Care Recruitment Consultant – Warm Desk

This position is for an experienced Social Care recruitment consultant to join an agency based in central London.

This is a warm desk and the agency is on all major frames works not just the ones in London but across the whole of the UK.

The basic salary is from £34,800 – £46,800depending on experience, if your current salary is higher then there is still room to negotiate an increase. Commission is also uncapped at 10% of billings.

The office working hours are between 8.00am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday and you are not expected to work over these hours, calls received outside working hours are dealt with by the on call team allowing you to have a healthy home/work balance.

The role involves supplying qualified and unqualified Social care workers and support staff into temporary, long term contract and occasionally permanent roles to various organisations across the UK.

You will not be restricted on geographical areas where you can supply as the agency is on several frameworks across the UK.

The agency is very well established with various offices across the UK, the Branch Manager has over 10 years Social Care recruitment experience so has a wealth of information and networks you will benefit from.

For more experienced recruiters you will have the opportunity of coming in at Senior level.

This is a full 360° role so you will advertise vacancies, business development and unlike most agencies in London you will also be encouraged to go on client visits as opposed to working in a call centre environment.

You will also have a compliance team that will chase references, CRB’s, cocumentation etc which will free up your own time and workload.

The Branch Manager would like us stress that the working environment is purposefully NONE micro managed, consultants are supported and encouraged to develop their own desks.

As it is a warm desk you will have the chance to earn commission immediately which is at 10% of billings.

For this role you must have recruitment experience ideally within Social care, Education or Healthcare.

Providing a quality service that extends to both clients and candidates is key to this role, the agency undergoes its own internal audits and those demanded from external agencies
