Customer Team Member

Our client, a high end supermarket chain is seeking a Customer Team Member for a permanent position, to provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to customers in store and during Home Deliveries.
You will be providing excellent quality service to each and every customer, being practical and engaged to those who you come in contact with. This will also reflect when carrying out Home Deliveries, being courteous to others when parking, delivering and entering a Customer’s property. Also being supportive of other colleagues whilst on shift and able to work as part of a team.

Other duties include increasing awareness of the client’s Home Delivery and their Membership services in store through active selling and promoting.

Required Skills

For the role, you must be a skilled driver with a valid driver’s license and able to demonstrate a high quality, friendly and energetic service towards all customers. Must be friendly and approachable at all times and able to stay positive and patient.

Is driven by meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Also must be flexible of the work provided.
Able to be proactively aware of your surroundings, providing support to other colleagues when needed being a team player and able to carry out tasks, quickly and accurately. Must be well presentable and punctual at all times.

There is a 3 months’ probation period at the beginning of your employment.
