Sales and Marketing Consultant (Graduate or 1-2 Years’ Experience)

Sky Recruitment Solutions, Derby’s leading Multi Sector Recruitment business, is looking to add a Sales and Marketing graduate (or 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role) to our successful team.

The role entails using social media and any other marketing material available to promote Sky Recruitment Solutions to local businesses, following up your initial marketing/promotion with telephone calls, meeting prospective clients to win contracts, and recruiting the staff they require.

The bonus structure offered at Sky Recruitment Solutions is extremely competitive, alongside other benefits such as preferential working hours, quarterly social events, brand new office location in central Derby etc. All candidates must either have their own transport, or have a full clean driving licence as a monthly car allowance could be offered to pay for a car.

You’ll receive excellent training in terms of the business’ product from the Managing Director, very hands on approach, and you’ll receive full backing to try your ideas to benefit the business – therefore this role would suit an ambitious recent graduate, or somebody who perhaps has taken a Sales and Marketing role in another industry and where the role isn’t working out.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30-17.00 and Friday 8.30-16.00, with interviews being held during late June/early July.
