Maintenance Engineer
Trowbridge
£43,200 – £44,400+ Great Package + Overtime + Mon – Fri Shifts
I’m currently working with a manufacturer based near Trowbridge who are well known leaders in their field. The site is large and you will be working within the engineering team where your will be performing duties as an electrically biased maintenance engineer. The ideal candidate will be an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong Electrical knowledge and relevant experience. Ideally experience from a relevant production / manufacturing background is advantageous, however all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
The Role:
- Help implement continuous improvement, with the aim to enhance quality, safety, efficiency and waste reduction
- Carry out an effective response to plant breakdowns and maintenance issues
- To ensure that planned maintenance is completed on time adhering to the PPM schedule
- Being proactive in developing the engineering team and general site maintenance
