Customer Service – Foreign Language Speaking

Currently seeking Customer Service Adviser’s, must be fluent in English and one of the following Languages:
German/Swiss German/Dutch/Danish/French

£26,000 per year
Temporary, on going position
Monday – Friday
36.5 Hours Per Week. 8.30am – 5.00pm (Hours may change dependant on which team you are on)
Starts ASAP

The Order to Cash Consumer department deals with the entire process from receiving customer orders, through to the settlement of invoices. This includes all aspects of queries customers may have with regards to their orders/invoices.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Capturing orders in various formats, processing them and managing and subsequent changes.
2. Dealing with enquiries/queries relating to the process.
3. Proactively managing the day to day requirements for customer portfolio.
4. Maintenance of relevant systems with valid information
5. Developing strong working relations with key customers (internally and externally)
6.Managing the collections/returns of product process to resolution.
7.Applying problem solving methodologies and implementing resolutions

The ideal candidate:
MUST be fluent in English and one of the following languages German/Swiss German/Dutch/Danish/French.

1. Will have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
2. Customer service experience – phone or face to face.
3. Must have a positive and “can do” attitude. Is an absolute must.
4. Ability to be persuasive whilst maintaining excellent customer and client relations is also an essential.
5. Strong planning and organisational skills.
6. Excellent communicator with experience working in a team environment. Problem solving and analytical skills.
7. Knowledge of SAP desirable
