The Client & Role | Who Are They?

We are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for an Office and Customer Service Manager. This business is a market leading (genuine, not just marketing hype) designer and manufacturer of products for industrial applications. Their customers span the globe and may need support for a range of issues such as import/ export complications, logistics queries, service call outs or invoice and sales order enquires, amongst other things.

This role will be hands on and lead the team, who are both inbound and outbound in their calls, to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver sales for consumable items. This aspect of the role make up 60% of your time. The rest will be split between providing HR admin and organisation and PA duties to the board, so it’s quite a central role in the business.
