Quality & Compliance Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Quality & Compliance Supervisor to join a leading Pharmaceutical Testing company based in the Yorkshire area. As the Quality & Compliance Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting Quality and Laboratory functions within the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality & Compliance Supervisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as following:

1. You will provide support across the business to ensure that Quality and Compliance standards are adhered to e.g. cGMP.

2. Investigate incidences of non-conformance, Out Of Specification (OOS), Out Of Trend (OOT) and other deviations.

3. Approve and review reports relating to Method Development and Validation.

4. Review other technical documents relating to the Analytical and Quality functions taking place during projects.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality & Compliance Supervisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. You will be at least degree qualified in a Scientific discipline including Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry etc.

2. It is essential that you have prior industrial experience working within a Pharmaceutical laboratory using analytical techniques including HPLC, UV and Wet Chemistry techniques. You will also have previously used LIMS and worked under GMP.

3. In addition you will require a working knowledge of the Quality function within a Pharmaceutical Testing Laboratory. This will include experience of risk assessments, reviewing documents and investigation of deviations.
