The Opportunities

Based in Horsham, West Sussex we have a number of new permanent opportunities for experienced production, manufacturing or packaging operators up to senior or supervisor level. The roles are to meet the expansion plans of a company that has doubled in size over the last 5 years and now employs over 700 staff. Dependent on your experience we have opportunities in the warehouse, despatch and manufacturing / packaging areas working with automated and semi-automated equipment. With state-of-the-art clean room facilities the roles offer a highly varied working environment where attention to detail is key. The positions involve working Monday to Friday on either an early (6am to 2:15pm) or late (2:00pm to 10:15pm) shift.

In addition to a competitive basic salary the benefits include a bonus scheme, pension scheme, private health cover, subsidised restaurant, paid overtime and secure parking. In addition there is a 10% shift allowance for the early shift and 22% shift allowance for the late shift. Our client is in a rural location just outside of Horsham with no public transport to the site so it is essential that you have your own transport.

We are seeking experienced Packaging, Production or Manufacturing Operators to senior or supervisor level who have worked in automated or semi-automated shop floor environments. You will need to demonstrate the ability to follow processes while experience in a clean room or other regulated environment would be ideal although not essential.
