Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
A leading Care Home provider in Lancashire is looking for a permanent Care Home Manager for a 40+ bed residential Care Home in the Manchester area. Demonstrable experience as a Registered Manager is essential and the successful candidate will be a Registered Manager with the CQC.
Additionally:
– The Care Home Manager will be highly capable with expertise in high quality and consistent Care Home Management.
– The Care Home Manager will have experience of trouble shooting and turning round poor performing homes to noticeable improve on the quality of care delivery and cost effective management of the Care Home.
– The Care Home Manager will have experience of work force development and a track record of leadership and staff management to improve on morale and staff commitment.
– The Care Home Manager will be knowledgeable of Care Home standards, compliance and quality and the CQC inspection regime. Of added benefit would be an experienced manager, who has experienced the new CQC inspection regime and process.

Essential Criteria:
– Registered Manager
– Staff management and workforce leadership
– Knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance
– Troubleshooting experience
– Strong IT and organisational skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills and use to dealing with relationships with both local authorities and the NHS
Desirable Criteria:
– RGN background an advantage
– Good working knowledge of Mental Health
