Part Time Inventory Clerk

PART TIME INVENTORY CLERK – BRENTWOOD

Ideally candidates for this position will have previous experience of some kind within Residential Lettings but my client will consider exceptional people who have very strong admin skills outside the industry.

Experience of dealing with customers face to face and who are strong enough to deal with occasional disputes between landlords and tenants. The successful individuals will be preparing detailed inventories (condition reports), conduct routine inspections and check outs upon expiry of a tenancy and negotiating any deposit disputes. This is an extremely challenging and varied role.

Three of four full a week and this will include an occasional Saturday and(where worked a day off in the week will be taken).

Own car essential petrol and car allowance will be paid on top of the stated salary package above
