Senior PHP Developer with strong Laravel required for leading Saas Platform developing Award Winning high volume web and mobile applications. The Senior PHP Developer will join a growing team focussing on building integrations with partners, adding new api endpoints and impoving existing ones.

The Senior PHP Developer will play a key role in architectural design and system refactoring to ensure the platform can be extended to handle exciting new features.

Senior PHP Developer – required skills:

* Minimum of 5 years experience building a SaaS product in PHP

* Strong knowledge of PHP 7+

* Considerable experience with Laravel 5+

* Sound knowledge of API design, best practices

* Experience with complex integrations with 3rd party systems

* Strong analytical and reasoning skills that result in clear, robust, and accurate solutions

* Experience with MySQL, writing and optimising queries

* Software engineering fundamentals: version control, design patterns, testing, deployment

* Focused on code quality

* Experience with code reviews and reviewing your peers code

* Proven self-starter who can quickly develop concepts and innovative ideas and can solve challenges facing the organization with little direction and oversight

Senior PHP Developer – any of the following additonal skills would be useful:

* DevOps experience with AWS

* Experience with React Native mobile application development

* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

* Knowledge of Github actions and git workflow

* Experience working with Oauth

* Experience working within an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment

* Experience in a team leadership role
