With a back ground of large hotels Looking for an Executive Head Housekeeper to plan, organize and supervise the smooth and efficient operation of all housekeeping activities on Guest Floors, Public Areas and Back of House areas.
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service
They will adhere to the standard of service required by the hotel in accordance with the hotel policies, procedures and objectives.
About you
As a successful Executive Head Housekeeper you will have:
• Experience working in a similar role as Executive Head Housekeeper level
• First Aid Certificate
• Previous Experience of health and Safety management necessary
The ideal candidate will be a hands on housekeeper who will play a key part in the management team.High standards and attention to detail is an absolute must, as is the ability to really understand the guests, build professional relationships with them and deliver on their housekeeping requirements.
