Electrical Engineer – Maintenance – City of London
Monday – Friday
08:00am – 17:00pm
An excellent opportunity to work in static commercial office building in the City of London has arisen with one of the UK’s largest property management companies. The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers and they will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

Duties:
Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
Emergency lighting
Fire alarms
FCU’s
AHU’s
BMS – Head End Controls
HVAC plant
VAV – VRV
Water treatment
Ballast Changes
Lamping
PAT testing
Requirements:
Apprentice trained
City and Guild Level 3 in Electrical installations (or equivalent)
17th Edition
Commercial Maintenance Experience
Client facing persona
