Hiu Engineer / Commercial Plumber

Salary: £39,600 – £48,000 per year

HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber required for our client, a HVAC services provider, based in South London. The HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber will ideally be based around South or South East London, Kent or Surrey areas, as the bulk of the work will be South London / South of the river, within the M25

successful candidate will be tasked with carrying out servicing and repair works, on HIU’s within commercial sites, as well as carrying out servicing and repairs / replacements on plant room equipment including thermostatic valves, pumps, radiators, boosters and general pipework.

The HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber must have experience carrying out work on HIU’s as well as working on plant room equipment, ideally holding an NVQ level 3 in plumbing, or equivalent. The successful candidate must also be based within commutable distance of the patch.

HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber Position Requirements

Previous experience carrying out service and repair of HIU’s
Previous experience carrying out service, repair and replacement of plantroom equipment including pumps, booster sets, valves and pipework
Based within commutable distance of patch, e.g. South of the Thames, within the M25
NVQ Level 3 in plumbing or equivalent

HIU Engineer / Commercial Plumber Position Remuneration

£39,600 – £48,000salary, depending on experience
Van and fuel card
Overtime (paid at 1.5x)
