We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who has experience of working pre and post contract. If you have experience of working for a consultancy and a contractor on shop fitting projects as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant, you could be just the person we are looking for.

Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant experience required:

This position is client facing, so dealing pre contracts, this is were consultancy experience would be a great advantage.

You would also liaise with sub contractors, this is were having contractor experience would be useful.

If you have experience working within the retail sector as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant, experience of client facing is an advantage. If you have experience of fit out projects (predominantly retail). The read on.

A national contractor based in the Midlands with an annual turnover of circa £25million are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant, to be based on site and head office.

Taking full commercial and contractual control on site Sub-contract procurement

Attending client meetings

Pricing and agreeing variations Interim Payments

Settling the final account
