Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

SALES & TRAINING MANAGER

35K TO 45K BASIC SALARY WITH AN EXCELLENT UNCAPPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE, OTE 60K PLUS

HYBRID WORKING HOME/OFFICE AVAILABLE

Our client is a very well established award winning business focusing on Property and financial services. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a rewarding professional environment with lots of structure and support. We are now looking for a strong head of Sales to lead a remote and office Sales team. This would suit an individual with a strong background in sales management and training, from a B2C environment, with some great experience in coaching and developing staff including field and internal sales.

MAIN DUTIES

* Managing a remote based team of Sales people across the UK

* Responsible for all recruitment, training, coaching and performance management

* Setting and reviews of targets, conducting one to ones and appraisals

* Devising and implementing a structured training and development programme

* Managing daily activities and results

* Participating in management meetings

* Contributing to the growth of the business

* Being part of the Senior management team and participating in strategy meetings and plans

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Ideally will possess strong B2C Sales management experience – such as consumer products, financial products, recruitment etc

* Have experience of managing field based and internal sales staff

* Strong background in performance management and training of staff

* Great communication and leadership skills with the ability to really motivate a team

* Commercially savvy and an experienced senior manager

* Used to working in a fast paced demanding environment

* Ambitious with a desire to progress

* Commission focused and target driven
