Inhouse Recruiter / Talent Manager

Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year

Would you like to lead recruitment activity within a leading scientific organisation?

As Inhouse Recruiter / Talent Manager you will be supporting hiring managers and working as part of the HR team to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and raising the profile of the organisation to attract high calibre candidates whilst suggesting innovative ideas and championing best practice. Your role will consist of

• Delivering an outstanding line manager and candidate experience.
• Partnering with hiring managers to advise and support their recruitment needs.
• Managing the selection process for vacancies, ensuring best practice, and tracking of KPI’s and budgets.
• Source potential candidates through a variety of channels
• Developing recruitment channels and social media presence
• Tracking and Assessing candidates using our Applicant Tracking System
• Managing the preferred supplier list.
• Building recruitment practice and process which promotes an inclusive culture.
• Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment

To be considered for the role of Inhouse Recruiter / Talent Manager , you will:

• Have previous experience in a recruitment role.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to great customer service.
• Have excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships.
• Have good problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
• Be a self-starter and able to show a commitment to personal development.
• Have experience working for a scientific / technical industry
