Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator

Role – Temporary to Permanent position – Initial 6 months trial

Location – WFH (Southampton/Portsmouth/Winchester areas)

Comoro is a search and selection agency in the Telecoms, Information Services and Technology Sectors. We specialise in finding candidates for complex Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations jobs in the aforementioned sectors. We operate in the UK, Europe, India and North America.

We are seeking a Resourcer / Administrator to join our busy business. This role is an opportunity to gain significant experience in the recruitment search and selection sector. We will spend time training you on the Comoro way and getting you up to speed on our systems and processes.

The role will start as a FTC for 6 months but may lead to a permanent position.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

* Searching Job boards, LinkedIn and Databases to identify for suitable candidates

* Conduct pre-screen candidate telephone calls

* Candidate and Client management

* Organising interviews for candidates

* Updating candidate pipeline and Job search milestones

* Keeping database and records up to date.

* Checking and formatting candidate CVs and Client’s Job Descriptions.

* Identify new business opportunities in and outside of the client base

You should:

* Be positive, confident and hard working.

* Be a good communicator Online, on the Phone and via Video Conferencing.

* Have some good Microsoft office experience: Especially MS Word and Excel.

* Want to work in a sales environment.

* Be determined and willing to learn.
