Job Title: Part Time Contact Centre Advisor (8am-1pm, 5 days a week)
Salary: £26,000 per yearpro rata + shift allowance
Location: Eastbourne
Our client, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to join their inbound customer service team.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute the highest quality of customer service during all calls
* Respond to all calls in accordance with the standards of service
* Record all incidents ready for handover that the end of the shift
* Mentor new employees
* Support other departments as and when required
* Treat all calls as critical unless proven different
* Update customer records with new information
Requirements:
* English GCSE, C or above
* Good telephone manner and customer service skills
* Able to learn new information quickly
* Previous team working experience
* Work one weekend in three
