Electrical Project Manager – Leeds based M&E Building Services Contractor

My Client is a well established building services contractor based in Leeds. They have an enviable reputation of stability as well as great staff retention. Due to retirement they are seeking to hire an experienced Electrical Project Manager.

Office based, but with frequent visits to site, you will take overall profit and loss responsibility on projects from inception to completion. From ordering materials, managing labour, attending site meetings, all the way to handover and O&Ms, you will take charge at all stages of a project.

We are looking for someone with extensive project delivery experience and a successful career to date. You will be from within the Yorkshire MEP contractor market, most likely, and will have genuine reasons for looking to move on. My Client is able to offer a stable environment and, perhaps most importantly, there is ample room for career profession for those who demonstrate the drive, ability and attitude. My Client has specifically mention a career route for this role to a senior role. Of course that will depend on the performance of the successful candidate but clearly their is ample room to progress.
