Not a role for shrinking violets, but definitely a wonderful opportunity for a confident outgoing sales orientated person, who can offer current/recent experience in the general Insurance broking sector – Personal Lines and/or Commercial Insurance.

Our client is a long established independent broking firm, where modern technology meets traditional broking methods and standards.

This newly created opportunity will be supporting their growing new business, as well as maximising cross-selling and up-selling opportunities from an existing book of client accounts.

You will be working with colleagues to maximise renewal activities, as well as speaking with ‘lapsed’ clients, to identify opportunities to requote, and to successfully re-engage with clients.

Applicants should already have a successful track record in Motor and/or Household Insurance Broking, and/or Commercial Insurance SME business.

Familiar with broker quotation systems – eg: CDL, SSP, Sirius for example, and be happy to work within a largely ‘paperless’ office environment.

Be able to demonstrate a confident telephone manner, and ability to quickly build a rapport with people.

The company will provide on-going product training.
There will be a tailored bonus/commission structure to reflect your success and achievements.
Monday to Friday working only 9 am to 5.30 pm.
25 days holiday.
