Position: Trainee HR Officer 
Location: Manchester, Lancashire 
Contract type: 2 year Fixed-term contract 
Salary: £31.32 per annum + study support+ bonus + pension 

About the role: 
They are now recruiting for a Trainee HR Officer to join their HR team. They are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate their passion and ambition to develop a career within HR. The ideal candidate will poses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have strong attention to detail skills and the ability to methodically approach problem solving.

About you: 
To make the cut, you will need a 2:1 or first class honours degree, in any discipline. Hard-working and enthusiastic, you should also be able to demonstrate a real commitment to building your future career in HR. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the contract. 

In return for your hard work the company will fully support you through the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate qualification. At the end of the 2 years you will have gained your qualification and undertaken a number of key processes gaining invaluable experience within a HR Generalist team. 

If you really impress during the two years there will be the potential for a full time job within the Department.
