HOURS OF WORK: 0700-1530 (plus daily overtime – 0600-1600) or 15.00-2230

BASIC Salary: £26,000per year. Overtime paid at 1.5 after 38 hours worked

15.00-2230 – £26,000 per year

Impact recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operative in Wellingborough; the role will initially be on a temporary contract with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.

The company are experiencing a vast amount of growth in 2022 which in turn has presented this exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join the team.

In this Production Operative role, you will be responsible for:

• Refurbishing and cleaning materials such as mild steel
• Cleaning parts of the production area
• Using various power/hand tools
• Working in a safe manner and adhering to all health and safety standards

• Overtime which every week paid at time and a half (bank holidays and Sundays double time)
