Factory Fabrication Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Job description

Our client in Stone are looking to recruit new members for our factory fabrication team. The candidates will require no previous experience or training as this will be carried out in-house.

Potential duties involved in this role include the following:

– Pipe cutting

– Pipe threading

– Pipe grooving

– Operation of semi-automatic welding machines

– Assisting within the powder coating plant

– General material handling

The ideal candidate

• Willing to undertake further training including; Four-way reach truck, Side-loader Forklift and Overhead Crane.
• Can do attitude
• Punctual
• Looking for long term employment
• Wanting to expand skill set

Standard hours of work are 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday often with potential for weekday and weekend overtime.

OR

Early (6am – 2pm) and late (2pm – 10pm) shift patterns operate frequently on a weekly rotating basis and may be available after initial training.
