Your new company
This Ipswich based Insurance claims business provides multiple claims handling solutions to its clients, including Motor, Property and Legal Insurance.

Your new role
You’ll join a team of DMU handlers with a responsibility for managing customer vehicle repairs. The role will be telephone based and you will ensure customers, clients and insurers are kept up to date throughout the process, responding to telephone and email queries. Key tasks will include, managing the vehicle repair process, recording and documenting data and information, organising courtesy cars, handling complaints and managing suppliers.

What you’ll need to succeed
This job will require excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, previous customer service experience and a basic understanding of different types of vehicles. Previous experience of motor insurance customer service / claims handling is desirable.
