CityWest Homes is an award winning property services provider responsible for managing Westminster City Council’s housing stock of 22,000 homes.
We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager who will provide support to the Development & Construction Team across a portfolio of new build and estate regeneration projects, with a range of values, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager.
As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for commissioning external consultants, cost planning, delivering procurement strategy and overall development budgetary control throughout the lifecycle of a scheme.
With a background in Quantity Surveying, you will have a proven track record of delivering projects which have achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and value for money.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the post holder will be required to report to WCC on a regular basis and must be capable of developing and maintaining the required professional relationship.
