Electrical Project Manager

Salary: £48 per hour

Aylin White have been tasked by one of our leading clients to provide them with an Electrical Project Manager for a £40m M&E value infrastructure project in West London. Our client is a £2bn turnover company with over 25 years of experience in new build, refurb and fit out who have a reputation for working with some of the most prestigious clients on major landmark projects. They are looking for an Electrical Project Manager who is looking to work in a collaborative environment for a £40m M&E value (£25m electrical) infrastructure project based in West London.

The client would prefer an Electrical Project Manager who has worked on infrastructure projects in the past and is comfortable working on projects with electrical values of £25m and over. You must have also worked on full electrical packages including external electrical services and fire alarms.

The main responsibilities and experience for the M&E Manager/Building Services Manager (Electrical) will be:

Looking after the refurbishment and upgrade of a pedestrian tunnel, £25m of electrical services

Liaising with subcontractors

*

Finding best engineering solutions

*

Must have delivered a project under an NEC form of contract

*

Must have led projects or packages with electrical values of £25m plus

In return our client is looking to offer the Electrical Project Manager:

Basic salary of up to £48(dependant on experience)

£6k car allowance

*

Fully paid travel
