Service Desk Support

IT Service Desk Engineers are required for 3 months initially (likely to be extended) based in Central London.

Working for a well-known company within their IT Department you will be providing service desk support assisting users with issues concerning software and hardware. You will be involved in password resets, software installations, supporting hand held devices and intranet support.

You need previous exposure or experience with ServiceNow and will have worked in an IT service desk or support role previously.

There are currently 6 positions available and you will be working 40 hours per week on a 7 day rota basis, covering the hours of 7am until Midnight.

This position will pay £180 per day (Ltd / Umbrella).
