An extremely rare opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join a well established Care Group in the South Lincolnshire area.

My client is Europe’s leading independent provider of care for mental health conditions, psychological and psychiatric services including condition management programmes, secure, forensic and step-down services, specialist education, complex care, neuro-rehabilitation services, fostering and care homes with more than 75% of funding coming from the public sector. My client is very passionate about care standards and prides themselves on providing exceptional care services.

An experienced and motivated individual is required to assist the Registered Manager in the management and the day to day running of a dementia unit in a large Nursing Home for the elderly.

My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge.
The ideal candidate will have
• Management and leadership experience
• Experience of working with the elderly with dementia
• RGN or RMN (Current PIN)qualification
• Someone who is looking to take there career to the next level and make the next move in their career.
