Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

UP TO £30K PLUS £5,500 CAR ALLOWANCE

THE ROLE

* Creating a pipeline of candidates via engagement with the local community, on social media platforms through varying methods; with particular emphasis on Operations candidates

* Supporting the recruitment process of Operational staff at Production Operative and First Line Management level including regular update meetings with on-site agency providers

* Working with the HR Business Partners to improve retention of key talent through supporting L&D activities and to formulate and maintain Role Profiles for vacancies and existing roles

* Making pro-active contact with candidates to gain interest for opportunities within various UK sites

* Advertising all vacancies internally, onto company website, job boards and social media

* Updating the internal ATS system and supporting the candidate journey

* Updating weekly reporting statistics in connection with time to hire and costs

* Partnering with external providers i.e. Job Centres, Colleges / Universities to promote UK vacancies

* Representing the Company at job fairs and career events

* Managing the Company’s social media profiles to promote brand locally and further afield

* Attendance at open days and assessment centres

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Previous experience of working within a recruitment role

* Knowledge of social media platforms particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for the purposes of promoting vacancies

* IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office applications

* Able to engage effectively at the required level both internally and externally, building working relationships based on mutual trust and respect

* Up to date recruitment law and legislation knowledge

Applicants should have their own car and driving licence as travel to other UK sites will be required on occasion.

Due to the location of the Recruitment Resourcer vacancy, interested applicants must have access to their own transport as public transportation is limited to this site.
