Our Client
My client have been established for over 25 years they are one of the leading commercial building services and environmental engineering companies.
They specialise in planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, public health and air conditioning systems, system upgrades and ongoing building services management. They are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to be based in their office at Acton.

The Ideal Candidate will:
Ideally have a technical background within building services
Have held a Facilities Manager position previously
Ideally had experience of PFI contracts
Be a strong communicator (both written and oral) with good interpersonal and team building skills
Have good financial awareness / commercial acumen
Have previous experience of managing both in-house staff and subcontractors
