Estimator – Hi-Rise Reinforced Concrete and Associated Groundworks

My client is one of the longest established privately owned reinforced concrete contractors in the UK. They specialise in hi-rise reinforced concrete frames along with associated basement/drainage works.

The are based near Manchester and are seeing a marked upturn in live projects and future potential.

I am looking for an Estimator from intermediate level and beyond who can put together tenders from first principle.

A reinforced concrete sub contractor background would be ideal but this is unlikely due to the scarcity of candidates. Thus, candidates from a civil engineering or construction background will be shortlisted providing they have some exposure to reinforced concrete frames.

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and respected contractor with a good name and reputation in the industry. Chances of fast-track promotion are genuine due to imminent the retirement of some of the Estimating team.

Furthermore the salary and package will reflect the operational importance of the role and there is a degree of upward flexibility for the right individual.
