Graduate Infrastructure / Environmental Engineer

You will be responsible for supporting the team with our existing workload; assisting with the co-ordination and delivery of technical studies and designs with support from senior managers both in the Cambridgeshire office and in the wider practice. This role also includes liaison with other specialists and project managers within the company, and with selected client/project team members and regulatory bodies.

You will be expected to prepare calculations, specifications, designs and reports, liaise with other team members to provide progress updates as well as contributing to the management of projects and budgets.

Key Skills and Qualifications

You will need to be flexible, self-motivated and able to demonstrate the following:

*Appropriate MEng, or equivalent, ideally in Environmental or Civil Engineering
*Graduate member of CIWEM / ICE or similar is desirable but not essential
*Strong IT skills along with an ability to interpret and work with maps, plans and drawings
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A full driving licence is desirable but not essential
*The ability to use initiative and think innovatively
*The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
*Concern for the sustainability agenda
*Basic AutoCAD skills are desirable
*Experience with using the Micro-Drainage/WinDES modelling package is desirable
*You must have the right to work in the UK.
