Motor Total Loss Claims Handler

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

The Total Loss department of an Accident Claims Management department are looking to recruit a Total Loss specialist.

Must be able to deliver first class customer service. Must be able to pride themselves on problem solving, are able to adapt to challenging circumstances demonstrating resilience and strives to get the right outcome for our customer and company.

Will have your own allocated number of claims following an accident, fire or theft across a variety of different vehicles, ranging from ranging from the everyday brand vehicles, vans, and high performance vehicles. You will be responsible for assessing the damage in line with the accident circumstances, assessing risks and identifying fraud.

Will be instructing engineeers, requesting and vetting documents, making offers, issuing payments and settling claims within best practice.
