Charge Nurse (CAMHS)

We are working with a dynamic and leading healthcare provider with locations across the UK to recruit a Charge Nurse for their Hospital in Kent. Our Client is committed to empowering the lives of those they care for; to help them help themselves to make the changes that they need or want. They work closely and compassionately with families, external agencies, stakeholders and the patients to ensure transparency in everything that done.

At this low secure setting in Orpington, our Client provides care for young people aged 12 -18 years, who are detained under the mental health act and who are suffering with complex mental health problems.
Our Client is committed to empowering the careers of those who work for them, and they are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Charge Nurse with excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills, with secure and/ or CAMHS experience (minimum of two years) to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team in Orpington.

In addition to supporting the Ward Manager with the leadership of the nursing team, you will also be expected to contribute towards providing and ensuring excellence in relation to care provision for the young people cared for and their families.
