Shift Pattern: 3 shift rotating (6 am – 2pm, 2pm – 10 pm, 10 pm – 6.00 am)

We are supporting a company that produces plastics packaging to recruit an experienced Shift Manufacturing Coordinator.

To be successful in this position applications will need experience in a similar manufacturing role having the ability to ensure the company operates in a safe manner to meet the demands of the customer, on time and within cost to the required quality standard.

⦁ The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 supported manufacturing operations, standardisation and optimisation techniques, together with knowledge of the production processes, ideally including injection, blow moulding plastics and fully automated assembly.
⦁ Candidates should be experienced in mechanical/ process/production engineering and polymer processing and have strong people leadership skills, including managing performance and development.
⦁ A recognised qualification in managing safely and a first aid certificate would be beneficial.
