Logistics Manager

Company Overview: My client is a respected high profile Residential Developer who have an excellent reputation built on quality of delivery and rewarding their staff. They undertake residential schemes up to £900m in value.

Position: My client is looking for a High Caliber Logistics Manager to manage and coordinate all logistical issues relating to the Project which is high rise and traditional build, and has a total value of £400m. The Logistics Manager shall be Site based and ultimately report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications / Experience: Construction Background, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Responsibilities: Formulation, implementation, development and review of project logistics plan to suit the needs of the Project. Initial Site Set up and all adaptions required to suit needs of the Project. Formulation, implementation, development and review of project waste management plan. formulation, implementation, development and review of the project traffic management plan. on site management of all logistical issues including but not limited to deliveries, plant & traffic movements, waste management and attendant support labour workforce
