Temp to Perm assignment with immediate start available

Do you have excellent organisation skills, the ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail?

Are you proficient in MS Office, able to produce presentations and manage a varied workload?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading distributor and take responsibility to providing a high level of support across a national field-base sales team.

Main duties:

– Arrange travel and accommodation
– Maintain an internal database and pricing catalogue
– Produce sales literature and presentation documents
– Respond to emails
– Speak to customers as required and providing a high level of customer service
– Prepare meeting rooms
– Maintain and prepare the showroom ready or meetings
– Arrange catering
– Sort and distribute post
– Maintain filing systems
– Any other general administration as required

Applicants must have previous administration experience, ideally in a similar role, confident communication skills, a high level of organisation and the ability to work to deadlines and timescales.

Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on Fridays.
