Details and Job Description: We are currently working with an established and reputable nationwide healthcare organisation. At the present time we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Staff Nurse for their specialist nursing home in Sunderland. The home provides care and support to older adults with complex mental health conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, as well as dementia-based needs and Alzheimer’s.
As a Staff Nurse you will be required to aid the residents, monitor care plans and liaise with all healthcare professionals regarding the well-being and health needs of the patients. You will be reporting to the Home Manager and supervising carers where needed.
Person Specification: You will be enthusiastic and approachable, with a passion for care. You will be able to think on your feet and have a positive attitude. You will need to be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC registration. Good knowledge of working with similar clients would be advantageous, however plenty of training will be provided.
