£48,000 – £60,000Plus Package

One of the UKs most awarded leading Principal Contractors has an opportunity for a Customer Care Manager to join their team on a Permanent Basis covering various sectors in a Customer Care Management role in the Sussex region. These sectors include Education, Housing, Healthcare & Commercial.
The role will include;
Ensuring compliance Health & Safety procedures
Defects procedures, priorities and timescales and meet contractual obligations
Assess defects raised and manage process to sub-contractors and suppliers
Monitor, track and report upon progress of outstanding defects
Ensure all rectification works are undertaken to the correct quality of workmanship
Maintain regular communication with customer and ensure that they are fully updated
Prepare /Issue formal notification letters to sub-contractors/Designers recording failure to carry out role
Maintain & build client relations creating future job opportunities
Liaising with end users clients and consultants
The Candidate
The chosen candidate would ideally come from a main contractor background and have previous experience in the capacity of a Customer Care/Post Contract Manager and as well as having a full UK drivers license.
